I don't think that will get rid of my head cold . Something to help me breath through my nose would help.

You never know till you try 
But good luck with that breathing through the nose thing .

Something to clear my head Eucalyptus oil, either essential oil or even the leaves you get in the store should help. You can use the oil in a vaporizer or boil either on the stove, it should help. Either that or 1000 mg of vitamin C. You can drink eucalyptus tea but don't do that unless your close to a bathroom for a few hours

Thank you sweetie I've taken my emergenC and taken extra vitamin c. I'll try the eucalyptus see if it helps.
