Good way to keep fit is do Yard work and work in flower garden.
Raked leaves today great work out ! Better than the gym and cheaper too. |

I am a peeping Tom on the weekends. So I climb a lot of trees, hop fences walk a lot thru the bushes and on occasion run as fast as I can.
It is great exercise , great cardio with the running. |

I run for an hour or two as long as my schedules permit for stronger stamina.And at least once a week Yin Yoga for my reflexes and meditation to help me keep in focus,,distractions are just around the sides.

Yardwork
Home projects tore down a block building a couple weeks ago and it was great exercise. Gardening Meeting on the other side of the plant gives a great stroll or sprint, if I'm late House cleaning going up and down the stairs Hand washing the car |

Cycling into work, 19 kilometers each way, 3-4 times per week. And not using any lifts or eacalators

Dancing can be great too, well if you dance like me. I can really tell I'm out of shape when I try that. I keep telling myself to do it everyday and I'll get in great shape. Haven't done that yet.

I walk every day and a lot of times I take my son's dog for a walk or rather she takes me for a walk. I also walk on a treadmill a lot of days when I am at my sons. This time of year there is a lot of snow shoveling so that is good for getting the heart rate up.

Old school lifting...dead lifts, squats. Hate cardio but endure few mins of stairmaster 3-4t times week.

I walk oftentimes and exercise at home ! It helps loose weight with diet.
Nothing wrong with Trying to keep fit . Also shioveled Snow this past! week! Good cardio workout ! |

I walk to work and home about 4miles and workout daily,and diet.its been working so far Years ago, a Professional man i know , walked like that, to and from work at 57 he was in Great shape. |

Wrestling with my dogs is a workout.

I skip and run for about 45 mins before i get into my strength training, i am glad you dont go to my gym , distraction level ‘100’ lol

And if you're busted you can always do push- ups in your cell or let your cellmates use you as a punching bag |

I run and work out 1 to 2 hours everyday. want to take rest some time but my coach my brother does not allow me take rest as I am gonna join force soon..
