Saturday night is the night to go out, and during the day I feel the best day to go on a date.

I'm not sure yet. Maybe I'll go out tonight, if there's a nice band playing in the pub.

I spent the day yesterday at the resort I worked at in the Middle Keys before the hurricane last year.

They are having entertainment tonight, so I've been invited back down there for the afternoon and evening. It's a pirate show. They've renovated pretty much the entire resort so it will be cool to see it all lit up at night. With the new lighting, I'll be able to walk around the lagoon after dark.

It's Saturday, and since I don't have a team that's in the Baseball playoffs. I'll be watching college Football and drinking beer.

Oh bleep, that just reminded me I got a wash in the machine that needs to come out.
Ironing? So glad I hardly ever have to iron something! My iron board is tucked behind a wardrobe and I can't even get to it without tearing down half the room, haha. That's how often I iron. Last time must've been 6 yrs ago, maybe even longer, lol.

Anywho, can still be fun, put on some music :)

Breakfast date this morning... Relaxing with Netflix or a book later tonight...

I'm in two minds... Next week there's going to be a band that I definitely want to see, tonight's band I don't know.
Part of me wants to go out, the other doesn't. Had it been closer to home I would likely have gone anyways, but it's a 40 mins drive and with the current outrageous petrol prices... Never seen petrol so expensive before! And if I don't like it, it's a waste of money.

Decisions, decisions...

Out to eat Golden corral buffet . I never wait for a Saturday to go do anything.enjoyabe. I go on date any day of the week..

For me wouldn't be a problem either, but most people have to work and for them it's not so handy during the week.
Also, where I live all restaurants where you can have a cup of coffee close really early outside of tourist season, so there hardly is anywhere to go on an evening during the week.
For me personally, I always still have that typical weekend feeling, so in that sense Friday or Saturday (esp Saturday!) are the best evenings in the day to go out.
Now a date I'd do during the day, but again then Saturday feels best.

Two of my cats are rasseling for 45 minutes now. Hurray, entertainment

I guess for me it's watching a movie or series.
I was on the phone for nearly two hours, now it's 10 and I don't feel like getting changed and going out anymore.
But next week... I'm AM going --> good band!

holy cwap, what a disastrous comedy of a day! So many things to tell.


Before that, I couldn't get back to my apt after running errands this morning, due to this:

1st car was in high flames and popping, didn't explode . Then I saw the second car catch fire.







I had to leave for the game, had already planned to use Lyft, so they picked me up at the nearby Walgreens, where I put on the Astros shirt I just bought, and got some REALLY cheap makeup.

THE ASTROS WON!

Lyft took a long time to pick me up due to traffic. She dropped me back at Walgreens, where my car was.

I drove the few blocks, went in the gate and parking garage, with the 2 charred cars sitting there.

I get to my level in the garage andcouldn't find my phone ~ it was with the Lyft driver. I then drove back down to the guard house, and was able to use the guard's phone to call my phone.

The guard is a really sweet and helpful lady, the Lyft driver was sweet.

I had some herbal tea in the clubhouse while waiting for my phone.
