Do you have anything you'd recommend on reading about crystals and any online sites you like for buying crystals?

Judy Hall is really good.
I buy 98% of my crystals in a shop about 55 mins drive from me. I think they are the largest in my country, possibly Benelux. Very good quality, high vibrational crystals and a very good price.
Online I don't know as I have no need for that anymore.

Occasionally I buy from Ebay and I've seen some top class crystals on Etsy too from 1 or 2 sellers. She had electric blue apatite wands, which only have been found recently and not much, so a rare variety. But so gorgeous. Unfortunately for me Etsy is mostly US sellers which is not feasible for me as then customs will slap a huge amount of money on top as it's not EU.

Ebay, sometimes from China/Hong-Kong. But those are exceptions. Not any seller in particular. It depends on the crystal. And, esp on Ebay, I only purchase if the photo shown is the actual crystal I'm going to receive.

So sorry... But you could check Etsy since you are in the US.

I'm always hesitant to buy online... I like to see/touch whatever I've buying and I haven't been able to find any place near me that sells crystals.

Ok I got her book crystals made easy(I love my nook app) and am probably going to get the Crystal Bible and maybe 21 days to begin working with crystals.... Unless you have any other recommendations?

Usually you're pretty much okay with US sellers. I've hardly seen US sellers come up with crap. You can find these on Etsy or Ebay. Etsy likely is easier as I don't think there's Chinese sellers on there, or very few. And often US sellers have great quality pieces. I just never get any in cos of custom costs, and often shipment. I'm not paying $20+ for that, haha.
The crystal shop I got 'round the corner' does its biggest purchase 1x a year at the huge mineral fair for shop owners & wholesalers in I believe Texas (not sure now :/ )
So cheaper for me to get crystals from the US via them, haha.
Not just US crystals of course, there's crystals from all over the world, Madagascar, Brazil and so on.

It's whatever you need and like. I have none of her Crystal Bibles, I did get 2 of her Crystal Prescriptions in last month. Because of the info in them. The general crystal info I either know or can find online on a good site (in Dutch that's why I didn't bother giving you the URL), so I haven't the need for the Bibles. Plus, I got a few good books myself. (already had those). But must say the Bibles ARE brilliant! A gazillion crystals & stones in them, including less common ones, which I totally like!
But the Crystal Prescriptions come up with totally different info. Like Feng Shui, crystal grids, ancestral work, Karmic things, dealing with neighbours from hell, and what not.
All relating to crystals, how you can use them for these things. Each Cryst. Prescr. focuses on other things. You can read a lot of their contents on Amazon with "Look Inside" to make it easier to decide which one you'd like, or not.

Their very practical, not just info on crystals, which was what I preferred. And very happy with them too.
There was a meditation in one of them that blew my heart chakra wide open. It was great!
