Fantastic... breakfast was made, totally yucky biscuits and gravy, lol.. need to explore new recipes. Got dinner in the crock pot and bread in the bread maker... it's been a good morning.

I feel like a lavish dinner with a huge steak or spareribs. Meat! Last night we got served a vegetarian meal, I think that's why I feel this way now. When it comes to dinner I'm a real meat-o'saurette! Bummer is that I haven't got a juicy piece of meat, shops are closed, and restaurants are likely fully booked. Good things I haven't got beef jerky and/or bacon, cos right now I'd scoff the lot in one go!!

Trying to make bread in a bread maker can be annoying. I ended up taking it out and finishing it by hand, it was too wet and not rising properly. Hopefully I saved it and it will bake into delicious freshly baked bread.
