Thanks.. I'm not real good at relaxing I'm doing laundry right now so I don't feel so unproductive I remember the first time I gave myself a "do nothing" day, it was really difficult to do. Got easier in time. Of course I'm supposed to be laying on the couch and watching movies, drinking tea and getting better.... hasn't exactly happened yet, lol.
