We call it "Mustofa" hehe i didnt know where the name came from, and i dont think anybody know it here, but its really delicious, crispy fried potatoes mixed with sweet spicy sauce. i love that :wink:

Loaded Hasselbacks



Place the potatoes on a prepared baking sheet. Carefully rub the garlic on the insides of the slices and then stuff the sliced butter between a few of the cuts. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper. Bake until crispy on the top and tender in the middle, about 1 hour.

Years back, mashed potatos had to be completly smooth and no lumps. That's not the case anymore. Smashed potatos are the thing.
