Borrow Eric's hammer, wrap a baggie around it and flatten
 use the side of the hammer it goes quicker
|

Didn't think of the plastic baggie, thanks... I can pound the hammer harder now

As River triple bags the cutlets and starts driving back and forth over them

That should work. 
I was using a food presser as a pounder and the darn things don't want to flatten out very much. A meat tenderizer would be so much easier. I'll just top the stuffing with the cutlets and pour gravy over top, that should work. |
