Borrow Eric's hammer, wrap a baggie around it and flatten use the side of the hammer it goes quicker

That should work. I was using a food presser as a pounder and the darn things don't want to flatten out very much. A meat tenderizer would be so much easier. I'll just top the stuffing with the cutlets and pour gravy over top, that should work. |
