He was caught with guns. Running didn't change that. He would have been arrested and prosecuted for it. They would have added on the shooting after they gathered the evidence. He was facing some serious prison time and would have been tried as an adult.

lets correct this false logic I appreciate teachers, I want teachers to teach, I want teachers to be hired to teach. I do not want teachers teaching who are pedophiles, that doesnt mean I dont want teachers. I appreciate police. I want police to protect and serve. How did the policeman know he was unarmed? oh. no one ever KNOWS someone is unarmed, but if they don't SEE them brandishing a weapon, they are ASSUMED to be unarmed, and then can be PROVEN to be unarmed (or not) once they are legally detained. There are even shooting practices in police academies where cops have to decide in the blink of an eye if someone is a 'threat' or not, unarmed or not ... its part of the training and the pay. |
