Passes a round of beers
Hi Shenadra Funny that not everyone has an interest in tools I've been buying tools since I was little. |
LOL...Sorry, Kid...When you were playing with tools, I was busy playing with Barbies....Not much interest in tools, other than knowing the proper name for most of them....
It's not just the tools but what can be done with them.
I've always had an interest in how things work and what makes them tick. Building and fixing things is not just what I do for a living, it's also what I do for fun. I'm not limited by that though. There are other things I like to do for fun as well. |

Passes more beer around..
Thing that tick hmm?..Reminds me of when I was little I took my Mom's cookoo Clock apart to see how it ran...Then it was my turn to run... Kid..I need a prospector's shack built this spring..Can you do that too?... |

My parents must have panicked when I started buying tools. I was always taking something apart. Mind you I almost always put it back together too. Sometimes even better than it was originally. My dad freaked when I took my minibike engine apart when I was 10. I strapped the cylinder to the handlebars of my bicycle and off to the machine shop to have it bored, bought a new piston and shaved the head on a piece of glass with sandpaper. It did have a little more power than before.
A portable shack? Or a permanent one? |
..Tinkering and tools can be fun..
I need a permanent one... Isn't a portable shack the same as an out-house?.. |
No, not exactly.
It could be built on steel skids so you could drag it onto a trailer or even mount wheels under it so you could move it. A permanent one is much easier and way cheaper to build. |
Going to look for trouble now |
Well, I think that I will stay
with a permanent one then... I don't want my little shack sliding away on me.... |
Proably a good idea.
Trouble! Have fun! Back out to the garage. That's where the beer is. |
