had my first hypo today, stregt after the first time i had been in dubbel fingers sinces i left hospital, very weird.

I'm sorry, I have no idea what that means hyper is when my (or any other diabetics) blood glucose is above 7 mmol/L, this can have long term complications, the worst of them (in my opinion) is having the legs cut off due to them dieing & roting (the legs not the person), hypo is when blood glucose is below 4 mmol/L witch can have short term side affects such as headaches, blurred eye sight, falling into a coma. the normal range for a human to be in is between 4 & 7 mmol/L
