What do you do everyday or often as possible for your integral health?
What don't you do and you must do?

All of us know the importance of having and keeping a good health;specially at certain age;before having medical surprises as diagnostics.

Exercise at home, walk at Park and mall and watch my diet.

I alternate 30 minutes of cardio days with strength training, taking two days off a week. On my off days, I’m marathon house cleaning or doing yard work, so am active every day. I stick to real food as much as possible at home, but am not overly picky about processed foods when I eat out or with others. I feel it balances as a fairly healthy diet without much fuss.

I am very active .. I train at the gym , run and hike with the dogs twice a day,, do Pilates and yoga for relaxation , swim, surf and ski depending on the season .

As for food ... I do not eat processed foods and eat mainly fresh organic locally produced products .
I drink kefir and kombucha everyday for probiotics .and green matcha powder ., which is a super concentrated antioxidant green tea . I limit coffee to one cup a day ..

I prefer natural therapies where possible and make a lot of my own chemical free products using essential oils and herbs for beauty care and use around the home .

Good health is definitely something I value and I will always endeavour to strive for waving

I take my meds and limit my exertion as directed by the doctor.
I try to force myself to eat, even when I have no appetite and eating gives me pain.
Since I am now a few years past my expected expiration date, I think I'm doing pretty good.

I love being very hungry. then I eat appetite. I think I miss the measure. this is not good but you wont. /// I walk 2-5 kilometers a day on average during the day on weekdays. this is nice. but I am walking on Saturdays and Sundays. This is not good either. weight 87.

I recently kicked a 12 year weed habbit and used the money to buy a weights bench and a cross trainer for us at home.

I eat good food and avoid processed junk.

However I dont believe in completely boring yourself regarding food so I eat other things when I want them like A home made hamburger with salad, pickles, decent cheese and sauces. But all in tandom with a good exercise schedule.

I get on the treadmill for an hour 5 days a week. I drink more water and eat more salad and fresh fruit. I stopped drinking alcohol at all beginning Jan 1. I've lost 10 lbs. I'm down to 126 lbs.

I walk every day..............................to the fridge for a snack.laugh Seriously I do walk every day a minimum of 10,000 steps. I eat what I want but the secret is doing it in moderation.

I enjoy golf, tennis, badminton, tabletennis, squash, swimming, cycling, mountain biking and eating healthily. I endure jogging, weight training and have just taken up yoga. Pepper that with some of what takes my fancy and regular bout of laughter. Currently in perfect health.
