In all seriousness, I have a bigger heart than most people think. I joke alot, I kid alot, I have a warped sense of humor. But deep down, I am a hopeless romantic trying to make sense of women and trying to find someone who gets me. My sarcasm can turn people away, but I don't mean to offend. It is just who I am. 
I hear ya... that sounds just like me..I wish that some guy would just sweep me off my feet and totally understand my sense of humor and flow with it...I am a one guy kinda girl and I have never cheated on anyone, but because of my perverted sense of humor, guys usually think that I am easy...when really, I am all talk..I am a good girl

All I can say is that I understand exactly what you are saying. I will also add that all of us are a little misunderstood. I think that when you find that someone who can understand you, takes the time to know the real and true you, then you have found someone worthy of your time. |

I'm very encouraged...
Not that it was any "GREAT" revelation, but I was surprised at *how many* would like people to know that they are "genuine" and care A LOT about the human condition.....but use their sarcasm and humor often as a coping method. I knew I wasn't "completely" alone but was surprised at the commonality of not wanting to seem too often "flippant". It's funny, I couldn't give a flying leap what ANYONE thinks of me...ridiculous, silly, funny looking, weird....but CERTAINLY don't want to be seen as cruel, self centered, and uncaring. A very much "shared" process and perception. |

Just a random question to ya'll.... What is the one quality about yourself that you wish people could tell by just looking at you? Looks don't count...I'm talking an inner quality. Mine would be my genuine nature...but it is mostly covered with sarcasm, so people tend to mistake me for a total b***ch until they get to know me, no fair... 
That they see me. The real me... the one behind the horns and tail...
