Is also possible that the person blocked you.

Then ignore the person. Is either the person desactivared it account or mingle2 did for a very important reason.

They tell me that this user is no longer active The site knows when you are sleeping so if a user comes up as not active.. that's why.. try her at different times of the day. Catch her when she is awake.
