Morning Everyone,
SS, Mikey got back from Holland yesterday, he's working today, so I am sure he will be online later today. ![]() The trailer floor is unstable, there's a few holes were it caved in. My sister and I had replaced a lot of the particle board that my dad put down, but mostly from the kitchen to my room. The living room and her room is unsafe. |

Yeah, particle board don't do wet. I guess 3/4 marine plywood is too expensive...
even regular plywood survives better than any of the sawdust boards stu lol
Oh, I know..lol just marine grade is meant to get wet kinda..lol
actually up here marine ply is hard to come by. pressure treated is suppose to be the universal replacement

Yeah, my dad worked hard on the place before he died, but didn't seem to realize particle board was not a good idea for the floor. It would break up and sink, he'd just replace it with more. Couldn't tell him any different, he knew best!
![]() We have some plywood that wasn't damaged badly, so can use it temporarily until we get the assistance to rebuild. Aside from the mess, one shed got smashed from a tree falling. And the fleas and mosquito are a nightmare. I bombed the house, but it didn't help. We were supposed to go there today but my sister has other plans ![]() I need some rubber boots so I can get in the house to get all the wet stuff off the floor. As soon as I walk inside, I get a million fleas crawling up my legs ![]() |

but fixable? Yes, and the plan is to get it in working order, then sell in a year or two. After that, I get to venture out into the world and start over ![]() |

From all the darling cats, plus it's a problem down here anyways.
There tend to breed big time in warm and moist climates. Before we left, they wasn't a lot inside, but had the kittens in my room and my sisters cat was in the house too so what few were there multiplied by thousands in the week and a half that we were gone. Mostly due to the flooded floors. |

No, they were in her truck. She got drunk at my niece's and decided to empty out the truck. So they are either at my niece's or in her boyfriend's truck, only he's not her boyfriend anymore, at least not today.
