You don't have to have a degree to prove you are capable of doing a job. With your experience I would be asking you for advice. Would be stupid not to. Thanks Annie! And I agree, unfortunately not every employer feels that way. But the place I work at now is great about that, so for the time being, I will see where the hospitality industry takes me...or where I go with it. |

I'm having a relaxing day. The cat moved her kittens...she had 7 on the porch. I tried to make it safer because they were crawling out, and she got mad and moved them to the other side of the porch.
Only on the other side of the porch, it's more dangerous and a huge black cat (the daddy I think) tried getting at them. Momma cat took care of him though  So I had to block off the door area (no screen). They are all doing fine now....fun morning!

There was a post about this a few months ago.
We put them in a big box, big enough they can't get out but the mum can! 7 is a lot, she will be busy

Yes, that was my post, when she had her first litter and I had her in my bedroom. It's technically my nieces cat, and she didn't bother to get her fixed, so the darn cat had more kittens. Five with the first, now 7.
But Keta has adopted me, so I guess I am her human now. She feels safe with me, which is probably why she had them on the porch where I always sit. |

I do too, just not so many. Although most are my nieces. I like the little grey one. I might keep him/her, not sure yet. But mamma definitely needs to get fixed! Way too many wild cats in the neighborhood. Great for catching rats though, which is a huge problem down here.
The wood rats are protected! Not supposed to kill them

They can be a problem, ferrel or something like that they call them. You obviously haven't got many Chinese takeaways near you?

There's a few actually. One is next to Publix (grocery store) and the woods are loaded with cats, so I'm guessing their meat is safe
Edited in...on second thought, maybe not...last few times I ate there I got sick
