Suz, not scary at all. You will be fine and so will the baby. If they have a proper mohel doing it, all will be well. This is all they do for a living and they are quite good at it. My son's was done by one of my OB's with my Rabbi in attendance. No mohel in my area and I was not paying to ship one in from Atlanta.

and to think i left there at 18, ended up in louisiana at 39 stayed got into the mobile home business and chat with all kinds of folks on here from up home. i should have just moved back.

Michelle, I'm more nervous about my part in the ceremony, I don't even know what it is yet I think I'm afraid I'm going to totally mess it up. As for the circumcision itself, that doesn't really bother me so much. My son and brother, on the other hand, are totally freaked
