For me, if I'm with someone, married to him or in a romantic relationship, I only have eyes for him and wouldn't even contemplate the idea. I would say "No" and walk away.

When I love my man I am not interested in another. Sure I'll see when they're hot, I may feast my eyes, but that's about it. The neighbour wouldn't stand a chance, hot or not.
In all honesty I don't think I'd be particularly impressed with that neighbour for disrespecting my partner, me and my relationship just because he thinks he's god's gift to women.

If you care so little about your relationship and are so easily tempted to betray your partner, you're not worthy of your partner to begin with. There's always going to be younger and better looking men and women around. You knew that when you committed yourself and at that point chose to go for your partner.
