From an old man's point of view; Why you can't go out of friendship? Why can't you be a gentleman. If you just want to pick up someone "to spend the night with", then don't go with her. Could be she made the gesture because she knew you; "liked her Dad's turkey &/or she knows what it is like to be alone on a holiday.
Sounds like you want your cake & eat it too. Go for dinner & friendship or go else where for sex. |

Its not your fault she has been lying to her family. Free turkey is great, but IMHO not worth it. You can always cook one yourself....
