My husband worked and worked this dough and it never got tough and was always delicious.
Work together a quarter pound of butter and a quarter pound of cream cheese, then work in a cup of sifted flour. If you want a top crust, probably double this. |

Anothe easy recipe:
2 cups flour 1 cup shortening 1/2 cup 7up You'll have to flour it well, before rolling, but it is a very tender, flaky recipe. |

perfect pie crust everytime
1 1/2 cups of flour 2 tblsp sugar 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/3 cup of cooking oil mix right in the pie pan and spread up the sides. Poke holes with a fork and bake at 350 for 12 minutes then add your filling and bake for how ever long the filling takes. |
