perfect pie crust everytime 1 1/2 cups of flour 2 tblsp sugar 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/3 cup of cooking oil mix right in the pie pan and spread up the sides. Poke holes with a fork and bake at 350 for 12 minutes then add your filling and bake for how ever long the filling takes.
