Pumpkin ...is the best Kiwifruit Oat bran added to yogurt Chia seeds ... Or psyllium which is a natural fibre ..both swell when liquids are taken . And yes water for hydration Exercise ... Ouch, ...I have beaten the roads in the US a little, except Alaska, but I AM DAMN IF I KNOW what " Bulimia." is, or means. SWITCH ENDS ??..Yer more MAD than me And I was thinking I AM BAD ..Looks like we could be a match...LOL

A couple tablespoons of vinegar in warm water or grape juice. Also Eucalyptus tea, raw coconut water, or aloe vera juice (with pulp) all work. ******************************************************** Wow...I never give any of them from above a go. I live Down Under and have all this ingredients at large, most of some free. I have been using them but for other purposes. My best remedy was and still is, to drink the water of boiled Small Grain White Rice. Mum's recipe Cheers, and thanks for the visit I prefer natural remedies and most of Nature's remedies have multiple benefits. I discovered eucalyptus tea while treating an upper respiratory condition.

TEA ??...Why not INHALATION ?? I presume it can work also but NOT as efficient as inhaled . I live in a medium size country town and everyone knows me as the WITCH DOCTOR. Probably should have researched it a little more though to know the other benefits That's cool about being known as the witch doctor, if I get stumped on what natural remedy to use, I will be sure to ask you.
