Sounds like you are talking about abusive men, not bad boys...I always fall for the bad boy types, but my definition is nowhere close to yours....It's more like this...

I am attracted to men who know who they are and are not afraid to BE who they are...I like adventurous men who are willing to take risks, try new things...They don't fit the traditional mold, but they're smart, interesting, in control...They ooze self confidence and they can make me feel safe in any situation....They are hawt, hawt, hawt...

Omg, my former was like that. The whole length of that relationship felt like one long, tantalizing, incredible encounter. Lol, it was so hard for both of us to keep clear heads when we were alone that one night we had to set ground rules to prevent things from getting out of control, haha. =)

Thanks Larsson :) Sometimes we never see the woods for the tree's. Then we get an "Uh Oh" feeling and wonder what the hell we were ever doing there. . I really could have slapped myself. Good job I took notice of the wake-up calls.

Took me years to realise that with my sons mum, but then realised I was chasing a lost cause. So we left Essex and came back to Glasgow. Sorry to say it, but it was the best move I made!

To me it's all about a challenge. We need challenges to keep the relationship interesting. Bad guy or bad girl, same thing. We are attracted to those types because of the excitement in the challenge. Good guys/girls are boring. We just have our way with them, then get bored

Can't say I ever wanted a "bad boy" but then I have always liked very masculine men that didn't whine and ***** if they didn't get what they wanted blaming it on the allure of bad boys.

I do think some guys come off so milk-toast that they can't catch a break even if they are great guys. That is very sad because some of these kind of "invisible guys" that are just trying to be respectful/mannerly and are really a lot more responsible, romantic, and mentally tough in a crisis than they ever appear.

I can't tell you the number of times the person holding the door open while all the people flood in is the one to let catch up to you.

It's not really love. Bit the love that is true, real and lasting anyway. Women forget that they need to love with their head first. Not their hearts and hormones. Bad boys are exciting and dangerous which causes an increase in seratonin and adrenaline. Adrenaline rushes can become addicting especially when it us associates with a person and can be confused with love.
