I was going to make real poutine with cheese curds once but I ate all of it like it was candy.

There aren't many places where you can buy it. Unless you're in Quebec. There it's probably available at 7-11 too.
You have to find some and try it. It's soooooo good!

Hmmmm....lobster is something I've never tried. Too far inland to really be sure it's fresh and safe to eat.
