the world's best cheesecake. Any suggestions? I've been to Juniors and it is awesome. Anything better?

Either way is fine. Bear in mind I'm an excellent cook, but not so much as a baker...

Mine is super easy... and so far Pancho loves everything I have made. So far. I will dig it out The trick is a great mixer that can not only beat the cream cheese but whip it it.
