Peggy, you're gorgeous as you are right now. In my youth I was tight, toned and full of vitality. I know I will never have that body again, however it was one of the things I liked during the 80s. Being healthy. The 80s is fast approaching 40 years ago. 2020 is merely 2.5 years away. 40 years is going to take an irreversible toll on anyone's body. Thanks Tom
