Well apparently after all these years the Rollingstones are putting out a new album, which should be released soon. I heard it's very bluesy, and I'm not sure is it a compilation of other artists songs. Gotta but it, love them. Now I also liked Deep Purple, child in time, smoke on the water...Nirvana also very good. Patty Smiths albums Easter and Horses. Does any one remember Alvin Lee and 10 years after, I thought they we're awesome. I'm not gonna mention all fazes of Janis Joplin as I just love her. I also like Joe Cocker.

EyeAmYourHost39,

I paint my friends a beautiful picture, It's the year 1984, its the summer my family plans for our seasonal trips over to the Jersey Shore of Wildwood, New Jersey. I proceed to eat my Cotton Candy, and my waffle ice cream sandwich and magic begins to play on my radio. Van Halen " Jump", Bruce Spingsteen follows after the song. fast forward, its what makes me stand out I can appreciate true rock n' roll.

Hi matey, you mentioned your 1985 experience, and then evoked some memories when I was around 18 and most of my friends then we're growing long hair and mullets (hehe), How can we forget Metallica's trapped under ice, fade to black, Orion, and say master of the puppets. Then Iron Maiden's running free, burning ambition, and then to me their finest album Killers with wrath child and prodigal son, to name a few. We cud also touch base on Judas Priest and a bit softer like Scorpions. There was so mch happening back n the 80's, my generation X, which I belong to really pissed of baby boomers, as we were moving boundaries. 80's of hard rock mixed with the eccentric pop songs, such contrasts. Cheers friend, like Arnie Schwartzeneger says : I'll be back.

Are you gonna go my way, American woman, of course Lenny Kravitz. How could I forget to mention him, when we used to go wild, like steppenwolf used to take you on a magic carpet ride, as we were born to be wild. Once waisted from our nights out, coming home feeling helpless, helpless, helpless - Neil Young. The next night you remember " what the door mouse said, feed your head" and dance to Sly and the family stone " wanna take you higher" . Ha ha ha those were the best days of our lives - did I just sing a bit of Brian Adams, all we had to do was" Try just a little bit harder". I just got home, as I was driving (in Melbourne Australia), I was listening to the radio gold fm, playing old hits. Roadhouse Blues was on by the Doors. I dared not to switch to another station, I'd me mortified to listen to plastic synthetic rubbish. and peace to all.

One of the newest kids that I can listen to (which is rare) is George Ezra, for a skinny British kid, his voice shocked me, songs like Budapest, blame it on me, and some others. It's like listening to Jim Morrison just different type music. The Rolling Stones album titled Lonesome Blue will be out on 2ND of December. And yes there doing blues stuff from other singers and it's meant to be good. I enjoyed Patty Smiths compilation album titled 12, liked get version of the Alman Brothers band ~midnight rider, also liked Stand changing of the guards, the Doors soul kitchen, and Grace Slicks white rabbit.

Cosmicat76,

Hey, the boss Bruce Springsteen will always be king. although some debate Bruce is the king or Bryan Adams, or even Thrasher.
