Thinking about ... ordering 10 print copies of my own book today. A number of my Dutch friends want a copy. And of course he'll get one and I want a copy myself too. Can't wait to see and hold my own book!!

How can somebody video someone' in a burning flat about to die

Very annoying, this happens a lot nowadays, even in the attacks in London or a road traffic accident, people video it rather than help!

Just don't get people I'd be heart broken seeing someone banging on the window I wouldn't be videoing it and yes I did walk round the block with my stick I think it would of been to dangerous I just keep pushing myself so much, thanks for asking

Well, not so strange... I believe rescue workers/police/medical ppl rather have you do not interfere so A) you don't screw anything up and B) so they can do their work without you in the way.
And if something other than an accident is up... oftentimes ppl get killed when they try to help someone who's being mugged or whatever. Police over here advice to dial 112 and NOT interfere on your own.
And it may seem harsh that ppl video it to stick it online, on the other hand side it spreads what's going on around the world -without any censure. No hush-hush possible anymore by governments. And seeing those vids creates compassion and awareness. Everything has a purpose even the things that may seem rude/crude/harsh.

That could be someone's relative there broadcasting all over the world, completely wrong no compassion, imagining seeing one of your family on the TVs banging on the window with fire behind them with minutes left how would you feel some people are heartless

I am thinking I don't come on mingle to much anymore and it's nice to see some of my friends still posting.
