I can't upload pics I tried every possible way nothing is working I can post from the app but on desktop it says you must have an avatar to post am really confused
|

You will need a pic to make a thread :-)
I do not know of any issues uploading a pic from a desktop. |

Make sure when uploading a pic where it goes to crop it you must click on save or it will not save it... Then it should post to your profile..

What is the error message you are seeing... If the pic is too big it will not load it either...
Here are the instructions for i-phone, i-pad users. Click the edit photo button on your account page. on the right side of the page, you should see an address, inside a box. Open the photo app on your device. 3. Select the photo you want to upload. 4. Tap the screen to bring up the on screen controls. 5. Tap the "send" icon at the far left of the on screen controls. 6. Select the "Email Photo" button. 7. Tap the "To:" textbox at the top to paste the email address you copied earlier. 8. Tap the "Send" button. First off, here are the prerequisites for photos or images on Mingle2: -- Photos should be in .gif, .jpg, or .bmp format -- Make sure the file size of the photo is not too large or it will not upload properly To expand on the second point, keep the following file size limitation in mind: When it comes to uploading images to a Mingle2 account, the actual file size is almost unlimited. The number of pixels in the image, however, is limited to 10 million. In other words, the product of width*length must not exceed 10000000. So, it's the number of pixels and not the number of bites. As far as desktop we both just uploaded pictures to see if we were having a problem.. None at all and we were able to load new pictures... |

Could be the file size is wrong have you tried a different picture?

Could you tell me on the pc and on the phone what system you are using what kind of phone and what kind of browser are you using?
They logged into your account to see if they could load a picture and had no problems with uploading. So it has to be something on your end... If pictures do not follow the above guidelines they will not load at all.. Site Mod Kristi |

I use Android on desktop I use Windows 8.1 and my explore is Google chrome the last version
