Joke answer: wait a few minutes. Then you will be a few minutes older. I don't know exactly how this one works, but most dating sites let you enter your birth date ONCE, and not change it. This is because too many people will alter their birth date whenever it's necessary to get around a rule against contacting someone who is outside their age range. So it's a good thing. But that also means, that the only way to fix things if your age is shown as incorrect, is to copy your profile entries out, and then delete your profile and create it again, this time with the RIGHT birth date.

And access the site directly ...not with the app as there is an ongoing bug issue with age with the app.
