I have heard of deep fried bacon and even chocolate covered bacon. Has anyone tried bacon either of these ways or another way and liked it?

I have made chocolate covered bacon. It was ok my kids liked it more then I did. I have never had deep fried bacon.

Oh I have had it fried crisp then lightly brushed with dark chocolate and had crushed pecans on it and liked it.

I made bacon wrapped chicken breasts drizzled with tangy barbeque sauce and served it along with baked beans spiced up with a spoon full of peach pie filling
|

Had it deep fried but I prefer It baked on a cookie sheet with paper towels to suck up the grease. bacon & brussel sprouts YUM
 Just so u know I don't drink anymore it triggered a flashback

As an hors d oeuvres, you wrap half a slice of bacon around
a water chestnut and microwave until the bacon is crispy.. spear with a toothpick to serve ;-) |
