The human race is such a fear based, hypocritical, self diluting bunch.
The entire divorce law and lawyer sector is built off of the stupid *** concept of monogamy and the futility of living up to it lofty ideals.

You may not have ever actually cheated buy I guarantee you've thought abouth someone or some kinky, taboo scenario to reach nirvana

The new wears off. Cheating is an awesome sin factor. We crave new and exciting. The thrill is in the quest for men and the thrill is freely spreading them for women.

Spiritual ideology is for after death. God gave us the vacation first. Live it up while you got the chance. Feed your animal.

That's where peace and contentment are because......down here....we're in animal form.

The deer population in midwestern states gets out of control many years.
You have deer that jump through school windows, flail around and kick kids.
You have nuisances on the road.
You have a spread of all sorts of diseases.
You have far more irresponsible hunters and hunting accidents shooting all over creation.
You have decimation of crops and private property.

Deer populations grow out of control because of people.
Because of agriculture.
Deer can't find balance in the eco system they live because people decide to grow giant crops used to feed the nation and planet.
And deer, being deer and having accepted they are animals, just feed.

When you say "accept and feed your animal!" you are basically supporting this idea. Saying "I want to be a deer!"

Man can and does create systems that are harmful to the rest of the planet in the pursuit of it's desires.


Without that concept what do you have?
Drugs, unwed mothers, std's, rampant gangs of orphans like packs of wild dogs (e.g. lima), the pursuit of pleasure without restraint leading to natural consequences no one wants to take responsibility for.

I would agree with "accept you're an animal, feed responsibly and mindfully. That will make you more than an animal, which may not be either good or bad, but it will lead to far fewer negative consequences, at least within an individuals lifetime."

But "Accept and feed your animal!" is the rationalization of a 4 year old that wants to justify eating handfuls of raw sugar at any point it desires, not taking into account that the rules that demand they don't eat raw sugar by the handful are simply an extension of what drives the rules that keep packs of other people from kicking down the door and stealing all of the kids sugar for their own feeding.


Spiritual ideology is for self control, for the individual to fit within a larger picture and find purpose rather than run amok attempting to immediately gratify every whim.


Peace and contentment come from homeostasis.
Having needs met, knowing your needs will be met for the foreseeable future, without interruption, so more time can be spent on fulfilling desires, hopefully without interrupting the needs pipeline.

The more you want to live like an animal, the more you rely on immediate gratification to the detriment of long term security in obtaining any gratification at all.

The more you want to live like an animal, the more of a potential threat other people become, the more of a potential threat other people become, the more risky cooperation, the more risky cooperation, the less civilization can function.


And that's the reason people should not idealize living like an animal.
Animals that act based on fear, in crazy "hypocritical" and "self deluding ways," tend to be very violent, nasty, and destructive.

Somebody going through a particularly nasty divorce are they?
