I think I would ask my vet just to find out. Make a joke out of it...but I am very curious. I have never heard of thatnoway

The kitten is insecure...
Many cats nurse on things such as blankets, another animal, etc...
The kitten may of been taken away from its momma too early.
Weather the dog is male or female- they have formed a bond.
They may out grow it or continue it- depends on weather the dog
keeps allowig it. He may at a latter time say enough is enough.
I do not believe it will harm either one- just leave it be.
They are going to be very close thats for sure...
It is a form of nuturing theirselves.

Yeah it's just a bonding thing. The cat probably finds it comforting because it reminds them of "mommy", and the dog probably just likes the feeling, and doesn't care. Hey, they grew up together, what do you expect? That is funny though.

I have a yellow lab and he doesnt have any... wonder if the color of the fur would make a difference lol!!!

put some listerine on the tit, and then warn the cat it isn't going to taste very good, and that should take care of that.:wink:
