Ive been very lucky in my life kitty . that the crazy I ve spotted in peoole thus far usually surfaces in a year or less, but I know everyone's experience is different. And I think you unlocked the solution when you mentioned the act of finding a balance between our crazy and theirs. Frecklefarmer said it nicely too

So all of us are built with a crazy button , but some people's buttons are more easily pushed (and more often) others I make it a policy to run away from the people who require minimal pushing (in my estimation) for their crazy to come out

Crazy Is the only think that keeps us sane I suspect you are referring to the fun festive kinda crazy like Uncle Jack or cousin Reba at the thanksgiving dinner. That calibre of crazy is FABULOUS!
