Question? A divorced fellow I know quite well found he was not interested in the woman with whom he has had a romantic affair with for many months. Is it normal for someone to just shut it down, no explanation, no answering the phone or returning texts or emails? To me, the way he is handling the situation is rude, disrespectful and mean. I never ever heard them fight or even argue, now just stone cold silence. How can anyone treat another with such cold callous behavior? Any thoughts????? |

That is not right, man up atleast put closesure to the relationship , so both sides can heal without wondering how, what and why things happened.. unless his cheating to the girls bestfriend. .. |

What goes around, comes around. You should always break up with someone in the manner you wish it done to you. |

Lol Being responsible with your emotions and actions is really important. Thats why he should be sensitive to what the other person will feel about you and the relationship. You say your friend was being rude, treating the woman like that. However, for me, the woman is being a little bit dumb. Women should bring intuition with them, always. |

Humm,,, first of all you say an affair. So I assume he is married?
As far as that goes one that has no respect for marriage will have no respect with an affair.. My thoughts are too bad both don't find out and dump him in the process... True believer in giving others the same respect I would want to be given to me if it happen to me,,,, |

What goes around, comes around. You should always break up with someone in the manner you wish it done to you. I couldn't agree with you more Soufie. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. And I feel very strongly about the handling of breakups. If two people genuinely cared for each other at one time, even if things don't work out between them, I believe in demonstrating respect for the love they once shared by bringing closure to the relationship with dignity. |

I agree it is not right, but when you see it you cannot interfere, sadly |

I agree with you but don't you feel someone should at least bring some sort of closure to the other? |

Whoever is at fault it is to me an awful way to handle something like that |

He proved when he STARTED his affair, that he was "rude, disrespectful and mean." To his official mate. Why would you expect anything else from him now? |

Being an affair they were sleeping together on a regular basis. So they were in a relationship for a few years and he just wants to walk away no explanation or nothing? See Affair is when you are with someone else and seeing another~~ At least in the states that is how we define it. That to me is just being chicken chit people should account for their actions.. At least have enough respect for the one you have been intimate with for several years and be honest with them.. It only helps give closer to that person~~which is the right thing to do whether they have been together a month or 4 years.. Have the same respect for others as you would want them to give you,, But at times it is funny how Karma works I have seen some do it that way then they fell in love with someone else and that person did the exact same thing to them.. Karma works in funny ways.. I would rather someone be honest with me then run like a coward.. |

I agree with you but don't you feel someone should at least bring some sort of closure to the other? I do not believe psychological closure exists. It is just a way of hanging on. And can do more harm. http://archive.boston.com/lifestyle/health/articles/2011/09/04/the_myth_of_closure/ I think should break up in person, if possible * Unless that might be dangerous * |

Maybe he is just a fan of sleepovers
Or maybe he just wants someone to sing him a lullaby. Why do you care much about this ? Hmm it is not your friend right ? This is you all along ?! I knew it |
