Topic: Does this happen often to others as well? | |
---|---|
I have ran across this situation a few times and it really sucks. I was just wanting to know if it has happen to others and if it has why do you think it does.
I will talk to someone for awile and him and I hit it off great. We meet we also hit it off, we kiss stay out until dawn, goes out again, talk, text, then poof out of no where it stops. Why do you think this happens and has it happen to you? or am I just screwed lol |

It is frustrating when you think you met a great person, you hit it off on a mental aspect as well as physical, then without any warning it stops. Now I think that is just rude! I guess I am glad I found out early into it

Shaking head....nope thats never happend! Help me here, did you simply just TALK until Dawn?

Why do you think men do this. They didnt get laid, they think we might be to good for THEM, they are cheating and got caught. I am lost on that one. If you are not interested then why ask me out again? It plays with your head and emotions and it is just wrong.

stop dating people that have been relocated to a safe house, that should solve all your problems.

We talked, held hands, went to dinner, went to the park, listened to music, played kissy face. Typical dates I think.

shag??? naw!!! see???? don't stay out so late with the guy.
keep it brief and go with the flow... you'll know soon enough, by the way it goes with shorter dates and shoeter calls. worth a try, and his imagination won't have the time to dwell on the all night date that was all talk and no action. He can think and feel, if you direct him...oops, i talk 2 much |
|
|
|
So are you also saying, they didnt get a piece of as$ as soon as they wanted to, so they split? I do have faith that all men are not out for a piece.

yyeah, Gams!! I talked one night to a gorgeous friend i had just met for the whole night at a campfire and then staggered off to my tent. It happens!!! HONEST!!

Thank you for being honest. Better off without them I am sure. But It is RUDE!

It could be a multitude of reasons.
I have to admit, I've done that myself once. I met a girl, we stayed up all night talking on three separate occasions, and I was really falling for her, and vice-versa. Then someone I never expected to see again came knocking on my door...and I had to give her a second chance. I felt so guilty for taking back my ex that I couldn't face her again, even now that things with my ex fell through again. So in short, I agree with Xtina. Men are pigs. |

no no Shagna... don't leave the impression that you're easy, not at all. By no means. Just limit the length of those dates until you know him well enough to understand whether or not he's sincere. It's OK to lead the date with time limits. You are being proactive in not giving an open door to expectaations by being out so late. no wut i meen?

Yeah it does happen Wouldee, thats why I asked if they JUST TALKED. I can see the age old "&%$@ and run senero", but seems to me if the two of you have enough in common intellecutally to hold an ALL night conversation, it wouldn't end there.
That's confusing! In your conversation with him, was he recently split from a relationship (sometimes people go back)? Or was he newly single and maybe frightened of feeling something again so soon or possibly still licking his wounds? Just some thoughts |
