I dont think so , maybe thats why the increase in AMERICAN telemarketers... used to be just the odd local carpet cleaning company telemarketers , but now theres a whole bunch of "you win" an crap , here about alot of old folks falling for these so called free things that turn out to cost hundreds sometimes thousands of dollars....and often there is no vacation , yet another credit card scam ......
