hmm , i'll have to look in the garden an see if any of the peppermint is still alive...low barometer effects me , but it looks like a high pressure day today to me..the weather has changed a few times in the last week, head ache worse though ..

I only get sinus headaches due to my allergies. Maybe your allergies are acting up?

What I think helps in the home is to change your heater filters.....you would NOT believe how gross my old one was. Bought 2 @ canadian tired for $3 I think....you prolly have the same type of heater I have. |

I have a tiny nerd of hash , smoked half of it , that will help for about an hour , I need some more hash ... damn pharmacy doesnt sell that stuff though...

Hi Ladies
If your allergies are really bad make an investment in an electronic furnace filter or at least spend the little extra and get a HEPA style filter, they're the pleated ones. Much better than the regular fibre filters.

um , no filters on electric heat.....
no I havent smoked the hash for a few days , saving it for day like today where I can actually feel where my right brain an left brain meet...ouch.......I think left brain hurts more then right brain ...an neck an shoulders are owie to , could be a pinched nerve or muscle spasm ....or all of the above....

If you have electric baseboard heaters then you don't have a filter. Get a good quality air filtration system. There are some decent smaller portable ones that aren't all that expensive.
The pleated filters will slide into the same slot your regular filters fit into. The electronic variety will have to installed by a competent individual because they require a little bit of sheet metal work and some wiring. |

ya one day wont kill you. Ya molds are pretty bad too....the allergies affect my hearing too. Ive been to more ear specialists and had my hearing tested but it was just my allergies plugging my ears up.

oh man !! do you go deaf in one ear to !! a few times both my ears went , in the spring my ears get angry , ya my ears are angry to...behind my ears hurt , hmm , should look around an see if I got some allergy meds ...
