Getting very frustrated with these dating sites.
I know I am not a size 2 but I am a good person.
And men say ladies are shallow pfff
They show interest in me so I pm or like whatever needs to be done for the site....nothing.
Man just about ready to give up!!!

FYI, it works both ways. I get the same non-responses from women and I am picky about which profiles I initiate contact with. I've been on and off various dating sites for about two years now and, yeah, it gets very frustrating at times, especially when I match every single search parameter in a lady's profile and email her only to get deleted and blocked with no response. I know I'm no Brad Pitt, but there have been many women other than my Mom who have told me I'm handsome.

Just keep at it. If it's meant to be, it will happen.

Sorry that some ladies are like this as well.The reason you join a site is to date right?? lol I get I am not everyone's cup of tea so to speak but dam don`t contact me if you are not interested. I don`t send nudes and all that crap not into one night things.Just a normal chick lol. Maybe thats what I need to start doing lol

Hello from a fellow Niagara Region resident!

Sorry to hear about the luck you've been having. Don't take it personally or to heart. People are attracted to whoever they're attracted to and can't change that. So we all need to take this process a little less personally. On top of that, there are only so many available men (or women for you guys) out there in the region and of a reasonable age, so I just expect it to be slow.

I think some people do mass contacting and you could be running into some of that when a guy initiates contact and then doesn't respond. If you're just getting ,"hello" or something similar that could be what's going on. I don't expect a man to write a novel for his first contact, but a little more than hello will indicate some real interest.

I also don't do the sending nudes or almost nudes to anyone online. If someone needs that to be interested, they're not the guy for me! I'll bet they're not the man for you either. Lol! Stay "just a normal chick"! In the long run, it'll work better for you.

Maybe we need to get some Niagara region events going so those that are serious could actually meet and mingle?!
It's difficult for sure. I signed up November and haven't really had much contact with anyone. I'm guilty of not signing in regularly, which hasn't helped me, but it is a slow process so I'm ok with taking my time.
