Anyone an expert on Engish Bulldogs? My moms bulldog just had puppies and I get pick of the litter I want the pure white female and input on this seeing they cost $2,500 I want to get the right one.

i don't know if this applies to english bulldogs, but pure white dogs sometimes are deaf. i have a pure white american stafforshire, and she can't hear. it is a genetic's thing. so check with a breeder, go online and consult google. it seems to be a common thing. fyi but i am not the expert.

 So I took the only female, shes cool

Undershot jaws, or overshot jaws are prevalent in the breed, and also hip dysplacia, so checking with the vet, is a good idea....
do you have high UV where you are, as if she is pink skinned white, rather than black skinned white haired, she may suffer from sunburn later. |

Theres no history of defects cherry eye etc. the sire has 5 generation champion line and is all white the female is red brindle I hooked my mom up with the white sire before I new of the deaf and eye problems but I think she'll be ok I'll bread her with a red brindle when its time try to get some color back in the line. She is pure white not a trace of any other color I think that is rare. Thanks for the input.

All I have heard, Alpine, is that the pure whites are in greater demand and more expensive. It must be rare to have pure white bullies??

Im an english bulldog ...
Im white .. but I tan to a lovely brown colour Im partially deaf in my left ear, (although selective deafness runs in the breed) Im shortsighted (another breed thing) I have a cute, pert, white butt. I have no tail to chase, so I chase as much tail as I can I speak English ... My hip score is exceptionally low (thats because Im sat on my ar5e a lot) ... and Lily is spot on! Im in demand .. Any girlies wanna take me home?
