You remained silent, except for when you spoke to criticize, those who were trying to make you aware......Little by little, you have lost, "all" that was familiar to you.....Because of your lethargy, you no longer live the freedoms you enjoyed..... Now, survival is all you care about....Welcome, to the future. Complacency, was your downfall. Now, you are paying the price. You are overwhelmed with fear....And now, panic is beginning to set in..... Blame only yourself....Blame only yourself.....Welcome, to the future. (john's ending voice) "You are now slaves of the system"!!!! " The signs were around you, but you failed to prepare" !!! "Bow Down To Your Leaders" !!!!!!! "Welcome To Your Future" !!!!! "Welcome, To The Future" !!!!! hahahaha.......... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() And don't bring up Sweden and Denmark, the Big Fat Lie Bernie is telling, since they are at best mixed Economies! "" “Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to place
for nomination this evening the name of one of the great leaders of our time and a man who has waged the most courageous and exciting political campaigns in the modern history of this nation,.....I place for nomination, with a great deal of personal pride, the name of Jesse Jackson.”" - Bernie Sanders 1988. |

What does communist China have to do with the financial collapse in The US & the actual political position that define Sanders platform as per those scholars who study philosophy, society, & economics? That explains much! You don't understand simple economics 101! Tell the stock markets that a failing China economy, even after buying up as much precious metals, property, and dealing their way into the major exporter position to American stores and homes, has no effect on the economies of the world. 7 years under a socialist called Barry with failed policies, killing jobs and manufacturing while importing cheap goods produced in socialist countries supporting child labor under long hours and the worst of conditions, unaffordable and failing centralized healthcare that fails to cover the most basic of needs for the most common illnesses and the drugs they require, then blaming it all on those who have tried to curb his headlong rush to our downfall..... The very thing you see as the enemy is what socialism looks like in it infancy..... so you want to emancipate it.... ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Sanders Releases the Most Powerful Ad You’ll Ever Watch
Let me rephrase that for you. "Sanders releases the most racial pandering ad you'll ever watch." when Obama took over the budget....
"Took over the budget" is kind of a misnomer, as he helped write and voted for and supported passing the budget, and bailouts, and stimulus packages as a senator. He wasn't just some guy that walked in off the street saying "Okay, I'm president now, what do we have here, what have you people been doing? Oh I HAVE to use this budget thingy? What's it say?" He was a democrat senator, in a democrat controlled congress, writing the budget, all mindful of the next president. Not to mention Bush only requested the second stimulus and left it for Obama to decide if he wanted to go forward with it. Which he did. He didn't "have" to spend as much as was spent in 2009. A lot was at his discretion. don't spend more than you make... is that complicated to you?
That's overly simplistic. A lot of government spending is in the hopes of "stimulating" making more. e.g. You make 30k per year, go to law school costing 50k a year, in order to earn 100k a year. If you try to work and save tuition from a 30k job, you end up missing out on a lot of productive years, which incurs opportunity costs. Government "should" spend more than it currently makes as it invests in future returns. It just needs to spend it on the "right" things. Which it rarely does. It just seems to funnel it towards that which helps it grow, maintain power, and the minimum required to keep people from revolting. ALL of the following references would have a major issue in the interpretations & definitions being bandied about in regard to the economy & politics on this thread.
That's because all of the "references" are horribly biased. Seriously. Robert Reich, Al Jazeera, Richard D. Wolff, Noam Chomsky, Business Insider? Might as well reference Pol Pot, Mao, Lenin, and Stalin about your personal opinion on how great communism is. Or Bernie Madoff, Gordon Gekko, Robert Rubin, Warren Buffet, and Goldman Sachs, about your well formed personal opinion on how great is capitalism. Of course they'd have "a major issue in the interpretations & definitions being bandied about in regard to" anything negative about their respective bias. WE'RE NOT BROKE is the story of how U.S. corporations have been able to hide over a trillion dollars from Uncle Sam...Lawmakers cry "We're Broke!" as they slash budgets, lay off schoolteachers, police, and firefighters
That's the story of how companies don't pay income taxes. Schoolteachers, police, and firefighters are paid for by state and local taxes like sales tax and property tax, not federal income tax. I guess no bothered to even watch or read as everyone seems to be subjectively "reacting" to "Buzz-Words" like communism, socialism, ect.
The names associated with your references (noam chomsky!)generally means people don't have to look at them to know what is going to be said. Someone wants to blame the economy crash & bank bail-out on Obama[alone]who had just taken office in 2008!
Obama took office as a senator in 2005. He was part of the government that assumes some blame for the economic crash and bank bail outs. Other than that blame president Harry Truman for "The Buck Stops Here" motto that permeated into the culture that the president is the figurehead of the government responsible for its entirety. There is no Government ; there is just The Corporations.
Okay. But that would mean Bernie Sanders right now is a part of the "no government, just The Corporations," so... |
