Sometimes it doesn't even take that if the skin in fragile such as already sunburned skin or elderly. And it can cause severe eye damage so I hope everyone is very careful.

You can also get a vegetarian type called white pudding but it's not the same. Oh Joe, I've never tried Black pudding but I might like it. It's somewhat similar to a Filipino dish called dinuguan (di-nu-gu-an). Dinuguan or pork blood stew is a Filipino, savory stew of blood and meat simmered in a rich, spicy gravy of pig blood, garlic, chili’s, and vinegar.

Well without getting too technical or trying to sound too clever frostbite usually starts in the outer extremity's, fingers an toes. Your blood will rush to your major organs, heart, lungs etc, leaving your other parts exposed. Mainly because your blood, at times of exposure, is more important to the major organs than what it is to your fingers and toes or nose and these sort of places. |

I'm having breakfast with Rusty eggs and muffin yummy. Black pudding? sorry I don't like the sight of blood. Ten minutes out in the cold yes in NZ in June/July.
