Black pudding isn't that blood? Why would someone eat blood? it's a delicacy here in Northern England, usually eaten for breakfast, it's basically, blood, oats, flour an herbs all mixed up to form a kind of cake,it's actually quite nice. |

Black pudding isn't that blood? Why would someone eat blood? It's congealed pigs blood, with bits of fat here and there, lovely on an English breakfast. You can also get a vegetarian type called white pudding but it's not the same. Oh Joe, I've never tried Black pudding but I might like it. It's somewhat similar to a Filipino dish called dinuguan (di-nu-gu-an). Dinuguan or pork blood stew is a Filipino, savory stew of blood and meat simmered in a rich, spicy gravy of pig blood, garlic, chili’s, and vinegar. ![]() From Spain. There is a plate called Morcia. It is Bulls blood cooked with onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Served with cilantro, onions and tortillas. Umboy, good eatin. An ex girlfriend called it liquid steak. Remember must be fresh from the farm. ![]() |
