Your integrity, your perseverance, your attitude, and your mental strength, along with fairness and confidence, are far more attractive if you possess it, than mere looks.... It will actually over-shadow not-so-good looks. FACT.

How-ever, the Alfalfa, or Tele-tubby thing on top of your head might be a consideration to snip, as well as an upright picture, if you want them to take you seriously.

If you're growing out a mowhawk, it's cool... you might want to wait till you have a little more length, because otherwise, it'll appear like a spike deer trying too hard.... not making fun, just telling it like it might be...

I had to turn my laptop sideways.... they will do the same... think about it.

also, they HATE being called "females". women, or ladies is a better choice of wordage.... good luck man.

But man to man, straighten the picture and perhaps try the side profile type of picture, lose the cool shades and you should be okay. And remember...in the end , its the woman doing all the choosing, so chill and just be yourself...just saying...
