My brother has a friend who owns a restaurant and he was experimenting with ice cream one day when we were there and had my son help him taste test, without telling him what they were. He had black pepper, wasabi, and a couple of others. My son liked the pepper but the wasabi, not so much
 Thought that one was a little hot.
