Ok ... heres the deal. I am trying to bridge the gap with poetry and song lyrics. My first serious attempt came out as follows... the verses are spoken and chorus is sang... has a slow country beat( at least in my head)


Verse 1
One day I was riding along an old back road. I saw a field full of the most beautiful wildflowers I have ever seen. There was nothing around for miles. I began to think of just how much you loved springtime as the flowers in our garden began to bloom. I turned around and went back to that field. I stopped to walk around and all I could think of was that look of love in your eyes when I would bring you Roses for no reason other than to say thank you for loving me. Then I think how great it would be if you were here with me.

But no, you can't be here with me
for you , the world had bigger plans.
Was it a special day
as to why you went away?
Babe I still dont understand.
And I just keep on trying
Till I feel all hope is gone.

I can't go on this way.
Now I'll be moving on.

Verse 2

With tears flowing like the river of time, I walk back to my truck and get my old 45. I know I have been through some hard times,but this time it's just too much. And as I lie there with that gun to my head I saw the most beautiful light I had ever seen. A man appeared as if from nowhere and asked what I was planning to do. As I looked into eyes as pure as heaven itself, I told him about you.

He looked at me without saying a word. I felt at peace with the world in an instant. He gazed across the field as I stood, thinking of the fate that almost was. I looked around and there you were. More beautiful than the greatest of sunsets.The man began to speak in a voice that echoed like a symphony of a thousand Angels.I fell to my knees as I heard him say...

I think it's safe to take the word "possible" out of the title and go a head and throw some music behind it
