The picture is cool in itself, but not really great for a profile picture. You'd best use one that shows your face a bit better for that.

It all sounds very demanding. In the way that you're looking for an exact piece that will fit your puzzle. Emphasis on yours. It leaves little space for anything else. I don't think that's really appealing.
What if he is THE guy for you, but he just isn't into horses? You gonna let him go?

He has to be and like exactly what you like, so you're looking for a clone of you, just that he's male?
A good match should complement your personality and who you are, that is not the same as someone who likes all the same things ...
It could (and would) be far more interesting to be with someone who has a new flavour to add to your menu, and you to his.
But that of course is for you to contemplate.

Also, I'd replace "immature" with "playful". Immature brings to mind a kid that's having a tantrum and stamping its feet like a toddler cos they don't get their way. Whereas playful can be sexy and enticing.
