I find it kinda funny that you come to the mingle2 dating website forum to ask why you aren't having luck on a phone dating app.

It's kinda like going to random customers in Kmart to ask why the sample lady in Wal-Mart won't try to sell you sausages.

Yea I meant the phone app Tinder to meet singles. It's been out for a year or two but I got it a few months ago. Haha and idk it's a dating help forum. But my frustration is on all dating apps/sites.

a bit of success on tinder but not much. on it 3 weeks. you get manipulating into being a full member in order to put more likes on women.

like all sites it's got fake profiles and scammers with the added disadvantage it's solely about looks. if you don't look like brad pitt , etc you don't have much chance. I prefer sites you can talk to people as charisma and sense of humour are important.

The few matches i got were housewives wanting a guy to buy them out of their hellish existing relationship..... go figure.

OP I think that there is so much hype anymore on getting the perfect date and really there isn't such a thing. A date isn't going to be perfect. It is going to be thetwo imperfect people that makes the date perfect.

Being shy can and will hinder you, take the plunge because honestly I think you have nothing to loose. We all have flaws and if you don't hit on the right one keep hitting online and in person til you hit the right one. She is out there
