If singers sing from the heart then it's not to hard to speak from the heart. People say life is to short but I say it's not short enough. You have to take chances once in a while.

I might actually believe this about singers in the past and maybe opera.
But anymore?
It's bought songs and mix masters and sexuality.

Singers entertain from the interest of their wallet.
Otherwise singers sing from the ego.

Please explain exactly what that entails and how to do it and why it never ever leads to any negative consequences.

Does it mean speak whatever emotional reaction you happen to be feeling at the time?
Does it mean speak whatever comes into your head?
Does it mean speak your beliefs whatever they may be?

Or are you thinking something along the lines of "I like those things them boys say in da movies that get me all excited and wet, that are pure emotional manipulation, being pithy, yet specious and trite in any kind of realistic setting."

Are you attempting to impart the idea that people should/could increase the "happy" moments that make life seem to go by faster, and they could if they just "speak from the heart?"

Meaning that if they were just honest with their feelings then they'd be happier?

striking up conversation with a single mom in grocery store while she is trying to mark things off her list and keep an eye on her kids: 4.3 percent

trying to gain a woman's interest by turning around and staring at her blatantly while sitting on an airplane or in church: 1.28 percent

offering your babysitting services so she can go out with another guy on date night: 0.00001 percent

If I had a heart I might take you up on the offer, but seeing as how I buried the smoldering tattered remains of it years ago that might be hard to do.

I would like to take a moment and agree with you on one thing and that is that now a days life isn't short enough. The way I see it by the time I'm old enough to retired social security will be gone and there is no way on Gods green earth I will have saved the money needed to retire. I have excepted that I will have to work until I am dead or no longer physically capable of such a thing as work. At which point I will be screwed because there is no one to take care of me. I short I would be perfectly content dying at 60, because that's when my parents start needing joint replacement and I don't want to have to deal with that.

I see life as a cycle where you constantly absorb and assess all that is you and begin again; a new cycle. Some may do so daily; some never. Always healthy to make a fresh start of things, in my opinion. I don't see life in terms of length, so to speak.
