kk let me type it out : )
short = is its an old asian thing (from what i have been told by other asian friends of mine )

if you ignore someone for a month and they still care enough to be with you , then they are the one
or somthing like that

all i can tell you is
i went from us chatting at least 5 hours a day and 18 hours sunday on skype videro chat
to i was lucky that i got 3 reponces from her in the 3rd week
so we chated and she told me about the test
i told her i couldnt do it
(worst feeling ever , being ignored by the one you want attention from the most , hope you all never have to feel that)

so she ignored me for another week
we talked and i ended it

i dont want someone that feels the need to ignore me when i have done nothing wrong , i want a lady that dont want to be away form me , not one that can do with out me

maybe its just me with my american roots <shrug>

i wish that on no one
welcome to a day in my world
<shrug>
gives a quarter to IamwhoIam

One month is no indicator. I would know within 6 months. It takes longer to become emotionally unattached from someone with whom you grew an emotional bond, especially if you spent that much time together.

Woo hoo! How much could I get if I sell him? Would I make down payment at least?

Hmmmm....wonder if I wanted to date his wife if I would have to date him as well? Or would he be like Jack Benny and say "Take my wife....Please!"? drinker

well, he might be a little overprotective but on the other hand...it is better than to have noone who would protect you. I lost my daddy long before I started with dating and having him (a really good man, husband and father) as a male example I had to learn in a tougher way, being alone and without advice from anyone, that not all men-kind is the same.

But hey, recently I was told by my "adoptive" daddy to say to any guy that I have a daddy who is not afraid to go to prison happy It feels so good, even in my age lol happy

He is living his daughter's life for her; bizarre. At a certain age, children have to walk down some paths on their own. Take their own risks and make their own mistakes. One learns far more from failure than it does from success.

i am going to dissagree with that
my parents learned me not to touch a hot stove , so i in tern never did it on perpose

but i do know what you are talking about

You teach your children all you can and really never stop doing so. But at some point he or she has to experience it on their own and fail for true learning to take place. They have to gain their own clarity.

That father seems very controlling. It is very perverse what he is doing, in my opinion.

Well, he's about my age, so I don't see a big problem about taking the guy out for a beer if he's going to let me date his seventeen year old daughter if we get on alright. I just wouldn't tell him that I've actually already nailed her.

Tawtstrat. rofl

Exactly. Great example as that happens more often in cases like this. She would have to keep that a secret from him. Not a healthy parent child relationship. If the dad found out he would go off his rocker.

She'll probably end up doing the whole football team.

I pointed this out at the start. Apparently not ostentatiously enough.

It is from The Onion. Which specializes in SPOOF NEWS AND COMMENTARY ENTIRELY FOR FUN.

I like this idea. My Hubby used to say he would meet our daughter's first date with a very long and very shiny hunting knife and tell the boy "I don't mind going back to prison if my little girl doesn't get home by 10 pm and with all her parts intact."

LoL :D heil hitler
